This is the Ultimate lightweight clutch kit. Saves 451 grams of rotating mass. Impressive throttle response that is teamed up with titanium clutch bolts, titanium clutch cover bolts and weight pins with titanium nuts.

- P22 Titanium Primary Clutch Bolt
- P22 Titanium Secondary Clutch Bolt
- Titanium Clutch Cover Bolts
- Titanium Clutch Weight Pins and Titanium Nuts
We recommend a small drop Loctite for the primary bolt and it is a must on the secondary bolt, blue is sufficient. Under no circumstances should pneumatic tools be used. Apply no heat. Recommended torque specs are 80 ft. lbs. on primary, 25ft lbs. on the secondary, it will handle factory torque specs but this is what we have been using since 2005. ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THE BOLT AS A PULLER (WATER TRICK)! Head is a T60 torx
P 85 Description (P85 fits all Polaris 600,650,800 and 850 models)
