Technology
All titanium hardware is manufactured from high grade 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium.
Beautiful billet machined surfaced do not rust or corrode and weigh half of steel components.
Our titanium nuts also have nyloc inserts to prevent loosening.
 
Shafting and Pivot Surfaces
Mounting shafts are manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum with Class 3 Hard anodizing.
All shafts are Viton o-ring sealed! This provides long term wear resistance and corrosion prevention 
 
Bushings
All manufactured with aerospace grade IM7 Fibers utilizing the latest moulding technology.
Bushings are All low Friction Nylon. 
We have superior tolerances not found in most snowmobile suspension parts.
This provided no abrasives to enter, making for long service free life.
